Booking Procedures

Once an itinerary is approved and confirmed, a small deposit is required to secure the tour and begin the necessary booking processes.

Payment Procedures

Full payment is required at least 2 (weeks) prior to the tour. This can be done in several ways:

   >> Wire Transfer

   >> Credit Card Payments* (We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
        JCB cards)

   >> Cash and Travelers Cheques in US Dollars, British Sterling Pounds and Euro)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation of a booking or failure to join a tour follows the following procedures:
A written cancellation from any member of a group received by Ahsante Tours & Safaris Limited within:

35 days or longer = NO PENALTY
15 to 34 days = 50% PENALTY
14 days or LESS = 100% PENALTY

The canceling party may look for a replacement and in this case, NO funds will be retained.

All deposits must be sent upon confirmations. Full payments must be made at least 14 (Fourteen) days prior to the tour. All payments must be made in full with all transfer charges incurred by the client.
